When I was 12 years old I got my first job as a barber assistant. Sweeping hair, shining shoes, cleaning whatever was needed. So my first few years was spent in the day to day of the shop, watching clients come in and out. I noticed some barbers and salon owners had more clients than others.
In my experiences and travels, I found some stylist would take their time, while others would rush clients out. Some would have no clients at all, and others would have droves of clients just waiting their turn.
After owning my own business I began to see that there was a science to make the chair fill up. It can almost be a full time job getting those customers in the chair, and even more challenging was getting them to come back.
so I decided to create a book/workbook that would step people through the process of getting clients, keeping clients, and increasing their clients to the point they would have too many to handle.
